Interlibrary Reprographic Services (IRS)
Reprographic services can also be ordered through the IRS. Copies will be made available in your user account in PDF format (accessible for one week from the date of issue) or can be delivered by post. Libraries with a KNAV chip card have the option to pick up hard copies in person during study room opening hours. You will be notified by email or phone when your copies are ready for pick-up.
Delivery of copies is carried out in compliance with copyright law and is intended for the personal use of the individual who orders them through the library, which acts as an intermediary.
Libraries registered with KNAV may use the following options:

Copies will be mailed to you, with billing handled via return invoice, usually once a year.
Libraries with a KNAV chip card have the option of picking up copies in person at the Interlibrary Services Department in the back of our study room. Copies are available for pick-up at the registration desk even when staff members are not present, during all study room opening hours. Appropriate fees can be paid at the same time.
Ordered copies are usually delivered within 5 working days.
